Established in November 20,1997,Huanghe Motor Die & Mould Co.,Ltd, is located at Fuzhuang Industrial Park,which is one kilometer south of Botou City Hebei Province,China¡¯sfamous honetown ofcasting,covering alang area of 3 9000 m2 and construction area of 12000 m2 .It is wasily accessible with Beijing-Shanghai Railway and National High wany No.104 on the west and JingFu Expresswany on the east.
As a modern enterprise specializing in design,manufacturing,stamping and maching of cold-punched dies,measuring instruments and welding fixtures for internal and exernal vover pieces of vehicle body,the company can provide afull range of services to customers,including vehicle shape scanning,body model fabricatin=on,whole-vehicle numericale modeling and tooling design and development.
The company has 180 employees,including 32 techincal personnel,of whinch 20 are engingeers with senior or medium title,and advanced computer systems which use CAD/CAM/CAE technique and standard software and hardware interface technology(IGES and STEP)to achicve dataexchange with major existing software.Presently,the company is equipped with 9large ang1 smallnumerical-control maching centers,1large gantry milling machine,2four-pillar hydraulic presses,1large three-coordinate measuring instrument and over 20 other auxiliary process equipments,with annual production capacity of 400 sets of standard dies for motor cover pieces.
